After much confusion on this couples wedding date, the curtain has been finally unravelled. Yes, we are talking about none other than the ace foot baller, Joe Cole, and his girlfriend-turned wife, Carly Zucker.

But there seems to be a bigger news now. The couple seem to have spent a fortune for the nuptial. The ceremony, which happened last saturday, was attended by a number of famous faces. Needless to say, when the ceremony involves a 3-million pound, more than any thing it’s the news that goes far and wide. HELLO!, a fashion-based magazine was there to exclusively capture their big day.

So, how do the couple react to this? Well, according to Rev Dick Whittington, who married the couple, was quoted as saying, “Joe was calm and composed throughout.” What else? Carly, the 25-year-old grrom, was purportedly whisked from her West London home to a secret location so that her dress remained unseen before the wedding. No surprise!

Guests attending the event reportedly included Cole’s captain at Chelsea, John Terry, and wife Toni, Man City’s Wayne Bridge and model girlfriend Vanessa Perroncel.

ith just three days to go, most bride-and-grooms-to-be would be panicking like mad about the arrangements, checking the guests were all fit and well, the caterers had enough food, etc etc.

But not the Chelsea winger and his I’m A Celebrity survivor girlfriend who arrived home today with little time to fix any mishaps before Saturday’s ceremony.

Cole, 27, and Zucker, 25, were returning from their pre-wedding honeymoon, which sets brides up nicely tan-wise of course for the white dress.

The couple have refused to confirm or deny their wedding plans, but it is widely believed they will marry at the Royal Hospital in Chelsea on Saturday.

Bride-to-be Carly has been so relaxed about the wedding, she has been holidaying for the past three weeks.

The personal trainer jetted to Las Vegas with a group of girlfriends last month for her holiday, before meeting the Chelsea midfielder in a mystery exotic location for a joint vacation.

The WAG’s trip to Sin City came just a month after Carly and Joe attended Ricky Hatton Vs Manny Pacquiao boxing match in the gambling capital.

Joe was forced to sit out his team’s FA Cup final against Everton on May 30 because he of his knee injury.
After undergoing knee surgery in January, doctors told Joe he wouldn’t be able to play for the rest of the season, giving him plenty to time to arrange his wedding.
Among the guests expected are Joe’s teammate Frank Lampard and his ex-fiancée Elen Rives.
Frank and Elen were invited before their January split and are close friends with Joe and Carly respectively.
Joe’s agent David Geiss said: ‘Joe and Carly will not be talking about the wedding or their guests.’
When Carly appeared on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! last year, she admitted she was hoping to get pregnant on the couple’s honeymoon.
Hoping conception will be quick and easy, Carly wants to become a mum before Joe travels to South Africa with the England team for 2010 World Cup next June.

She said: ‘Joe and I will be starting a family as soon as we’re married. Ideally, I would like to get pregnant on the honeymoon. That way I’ll give birth just before the World Cup.
‘It would be great to go there with the baby to give Joe and the England team some support. Joe will be a brilliant dad and I can’t wait for us to be a family.’
